Judith McGee is a self-made modern-day Renaissance woman—an insightful author, national columnist, dynamic speaker, passionate educator and mentor, and one of the country’s leading financial advisors as recognized by numerous publications.
With tenacity and a big dose of industrial strength can-do spirit, Judith worked her way up the ranks from office typist to become Co-Founder and Chairwoman of McGee Financial Strategies, Inc., a leading branch office of Raymond James Financial Services based on assets under management. But her vast range of experiences and knowledge extends far beyond the realm of finance.
A genuine heartfelt interest in people led Judith to spend most of her life helping others understand the complex financial world we live in. As she often says, “We all know the term, ‘Knowledge is Power,’ but I like to take it one step further and teach that the knowledge of money is power.” Using that understanding and her own life experience and can-do spirit as a backdrop, Judith offers guidance and tools, and encourages and empowers others to learn what is necessary to turn their dreams into reality.
She has become well known for her lively and informative, but always practical presentations. With her wisdom and keen sense of humor, she engages her audience in the first few minutes and holds their attention throughout with timely and relevant stories.
Judith has been an invited guest speaker for numerous organizations, including Portland University Club, Rotary Clubs, and at the prestigious Barron's Winner's Circle, and presented at the Top Women Advisors’ Summit, in December, 2010.
Throughout her life, Judith has worked to better the lives of individuals and to strengthen the common wealth. She has won numerous awards including the Business Journal Orchid Award, their highest honor of achievement for women in business, and holds an Honorary Doctor of Humane Letters from Warner Pacific College. It’s clear to all who come in contact with her that Judith abides by her mission to “make life a richer experience." She approaches everything with clarity, dedication, and passion . . . and yes . . . a can-do spirit.
