Nadja believes in the 80/20 rule in everything she does. She will share her secrets to living better and living longer by staying healthy. As the author of two best selling cook books, a recipe developer for the American Heart Association and regular guest on cooking shows, Nadja loves to prepare food and talk about any of her topics. She grew up above her family’s restaurant and has a passion for food. You’ll love her humor and spontaneity as she dazzles you with healthy great tasting dishes.

 Nadja Piatka made a dream come true armed only with an idea. Her tale of taking a company out of her kitchen with a $100 investment and creating a multi-million dollar food manufacturing company is an amazing story.
Nadja found herself as an unemployable single mother of two. Plagued by creditors and no income she began baking muffins at home and testing them on her two teenage children. She was soon selling her muffins to local coffee shops, and when her customer base grew, she commissioned a local bakery to “out source” and deliver her products.
Today Nadja Foods supplies her great tasting Healthy Brownies and Petite Angel Cakes to customers across the United States, Canada and Mexico.
In 2006 Nadja was diagnosed with Leukemia. After successful chemotherapy she is back 100% and continues to follow her dream of motivating others.
 Nadja has written two best selling cookbooks, the first was, The Joy of Losing Weight. She has donated proceeds from her second book, Outrageously Delicious Fat Wise Cookbook, to the McDonald’s® Children’s Charities.
