Victoria has over 31 years of experience in leading a range of companies and participating effectively in teams. Her speaking is full of energy, wisdom, depth, motivation, hope and possibility. Victoria seeks absolute relevancy in her presentations by working with her contacts to ensure a focused, effective presentation. She draws from her diverse life and professional experiences, as well as her charitable foundation’s work, to breathe life into topics such as: growing a business; cultivating and honing our own leadership style; creating balance; and most importantly, how we can change in order to accomplish our goals. It is this strong belief, along with practical tools, which enables Victoria to demonstrate how our individual efforts can empower us to accomplish the extraordinary, and in turn, change the world.
Accomplish the Extraordinary
Victoria’s passion to inspire others to their greatest potential led her to co-found Itafari Foundation with two incredible women who believe in the beauty of their dreams. Together they have created a non-profit organization to assist the survivors of the genocide in Rwanda. This is being done in many ways, including donations to organizations and individuals in Rwanda and by inspiring the women and children to have hope and to realize their empowerment to rebuild better lives. Itafari exists because Victoria practices what she preaches: if you passionately believe in something—and its purpose aligns with your purpose—all things are possible. This work inspires and teaches; through the stories Victoria recounts of small acts by individuals who are truly changing the world, we begin to dream of what we might create with our own lives.
